Beach to Mountain Camp Out!
For those seeking adventure beyond the beach, join us for a Survival and Camping Experience in Estelí and Jinotega.
Guided by locals and experts, you’ll learn essential survival skills for Nicaragua’s dry tropical environment, everything from building campfires and cooking with a camp oven to hammock living and identifying native wildlife.
The journey begins with camping in the mountains of Estelí, where you’ll also visit a unique sculpture park and swim in a waterfall pool. From there, travel on to an eco-retreat in Jinotega, where you’ll discover the world of native bats, explore Mayan culture, and learn how to read the ancient signs of the Mayan calendar.

Alongside running Rancho De Tiburón, Flora Johnson is also a skilled astrologer, offering powerful insights through personalized readings. 4x4 Adventure Experience
For adventure seekers, Todd offers guided 4WD and ATV beach drives at low tide, taking you along the stunning coastline all the way to Grand Pacifica in about 20 minutes.
Along the way, you can stop for drinks or dinner at a local spot before returning via scenic cane field backroads, weather permitting.
It’s a thrilling way to explore the Nicaraguan Pacific coast and experience the landscape like a local.

Tropical Flower
Arrangements
Flora’s Flower Workshops bring over a decade of experience from New Zealand, Japan, and now Nicaragua.
She offers tropical floral workshop classes for groups of five or more (book at least one week in advance) and also provides expert floristry services for weddings and birthdays, adding a touch of color and creativity to any celebration.

Child Minding
with Evie
Evie, our 15-year-old daughter, offers a fun and reliable Childminding & English Club for families staying at Rancho De Tiburón.
Already trusted within the local community, she has experience entertaining younger children and creates a safe, engaging environment while also helping them practice English through play and conversation.
Parents can relax knowing their little ones are in caring hands.
